How does it work?

Login to our return portal with your order number and email address.

2.

Select the items you want to return & choose the reason for your return.

3.

Print off the return label generated, pack your items and send it off at your local post office, all free of charge.

4.

Your return will be forwarded to our warehouse and processed within 7 days of receiving it.

We accept returns up to 60 days after purchase. To return an item for free, login to our return portal with your order number and email address.To initiate a FREE return for a refund items must be unused, unwashed in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Please note, due to health & hygiene reasons, duvets & pillows are not eligible for return.

Due to the speed at which we fulfil orders we are unable to cancel orders or make edits once the order is placed. In this case, when you receive the order you should start a return process.

When you request a return via the online portal, a return label will be generated for you. Simply print this off, pop up on your parcel and take it to your nearest post office, all for free.

From time to time, an item that is out of stock with no replenishment date may slip through on an order when they should have been unavailable on the website, we will cancel this and advise you of the reason rather than keep your money not knowing when we can ship you the item.
